Online Registration School Year 2018-19
  • Registration will be completed online this year.

    If you do not already have Skyward Family Access, you will need to complete the form in order to obtain a login in order to complete online registration. Please fill out one form per student at Jemez Valley Public Schools or San Diego Riverside Charter School.

    Only a parent or legal guardian may register students.

    Some forms will need to be printed, completely filled out, including a signature.

    Those forms include:
