If you see a question mark on the Q (for Quicktime), you will need to update your quicktime player.
Directions to update quicktime:
- Go to start
- All programs
- Quicktime
- Edit
- Preferences
- Quicktime Preferences
- Update tab
- Click on update
- You will only need quicktime updates, not Safari or Mobile Me.
